Brief
While Outdoor Battery Cameras have become a standard household item, there is still room for improvement in the installation experience. This design project aims to meticulously examine the installation process to identify areas where user experience can be enhanced.
Current Problems

The knob is too smooth, making it difficult to apply force

The raised pattern on the knob's surface causes pain in the palm when tightened

Insufficient grip at the ball joint of the bracket causes the product to tilt easily
